At yin.flow, I invite you to explore the harmony between movement and stillness, strength and softness, energetic and relaxation. My classes offer a unique blend of:
✨ Yin Yoga – to release tension, enhance flexibility and deeply relax. 🌿 Hatha Flow – to build strength and improve mobility. Sometimes you will also experience harmounious mix of those two yoga styles in addition with some Myofascial Release elements. Furthermore, I am specialized in 🏋️ Yoga for Athletes – designed to build resilience, improve recovery and elevate performance (for recreational as well as pro-athletes).
Wherever you are on your path - whether a total beginner, a seasoned yogi or someone seeking a fresh approach - I also offer personalized 1:1 sessions tailored to your unique needs.
Through meditation, I help you cultivate mindfulness, reconnect with yourself and embrace stillness amidst life’s movement. And beyond the mat, I bring the joy of dance & movement, encouraging free expression and energy flow in a playful, improvised way.

Über das Team
Aldona is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping others find balance through movement and stillness. Her approach blends Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Myofascial Release techniques, thus she is teaching classes that are a mix of: restorative and grounding, focusing on improvement of flexibility, as well as building mobility and strength while beeing more energising. During the practices she creates space for experiencing the balance, combining strength with softness and movement with stillness. She encourages students to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate self-awareness and find ease in both effort and relaxation.
With a background in the corporate world, Aldona understands the need for mindful pauses in a busy life. Her classes provide a space to move with purpose and slow down when needed, leading to release tension and build resilience - on and off the mat.
A nature-, movement- and holistic healing- lover, she speaks English, German and Polish and enjoys sharing the benefits of mindful living with a diverse community.
