Aerial yoga is all about embracing poses with the help of yoga swings or hammocks, allowing you to float and fly while you stretch, strengthen, and find your balance. Each session will feature a different instructor from our aerial team, so you'll get to meet and learn from a variety of experienced teachers. Expect a well-rounded experience that includes a proper cardiovascular warm-up, flexibility training, guided instruction, inversions, and some creative poses. Not only will you enhance your flexibility and core strength, but you’ll also discover the joy of defying gravity while working on your posture and relieving back pain. And guess what? You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi to join in on this class.
