Geoff returns to Yoga Grenzenlos after being received so welcomely just this last month. Those who have experienced Geoff’s teaching understand that he knits the philosophy into the practice, so not only is each class satisfying and rewarding, there are little treasures of wisdom we learn about ourselves in the process.
