Take your practice to the next level with our monthly EVOLVE Masterclasses, designed to help you dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga. Whether to refine your foundation, build up to specific poses or learn about new aspects of your practice, each masterclass offers the space, guidance, and support you need to evolve. With a focus on smaller groups of max 10 students, you’ll have plenty of room for growth, questions, and exploration in each session.

Vinyasa 101

Perfect for beginners or seasoned yogis wanting a refresh, this accessible & playful workshop is the opportunity to take a closer look at the most common poses in our flow classes, review alignment, modifications, transitions & synchronisation of breath & movement. It is an interactive space where the content is partly shaped by the questions you bring in so you can leave feeling more confident & knowledgeable about your practice.
