Take your practice to the next level with our monthly EVOLVE Masterclasses, designed to help you dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga. Whether to refine your foundation, build up to specific poses or learn about new aspects of your practice, each masterclass offers the space, guidance, and support you need to evolve. With a focus on smaller groups of max 10 students, you’ll have plenty of room for growth, questions, and exploration in each session.

Inversions: Headstand & Forearm-stand

Ready to turn your world upside down? This session focuses on mastering Headstand and Forearm-stand, with step-by-step guidance to help you build confidence and stability in these empowering poses. Discover how to safely enter and exit inversions, practice drills to improve strength & openness, while increasing your balance and overall body awareness.

This is a place to PLAY, explore & try new things!
