Through a blend of mat-based exercises, you'll target deep stabilising muscles, enhance flexibility, and increase your range of motion - all while reducing the risk of injury. Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In case of a late cancellation (less than 12 hours prior to the class) or a no-show, the class will be deducted from your current abo. If a class is fully booked, you have the option to register for the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and can join the class.
