Karibu Flow Lesson Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a class, please remember to do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This not only gives other members the opportunity to join in your place but also provides you with the chance to reschedule your session without being charged. 

If you're unable to cancel 24 hours in advance, please note that the class will deducted from your account.

When purchasing a DUO personal training voucher, you must speak to the teacher with whom you want to train and arrange a date and time. It is important that both people come to the training, as this will be redeemed even if only one person comes to train.

-Teach, motivate and coach clients in how to follow their programs safely and effectively. 

-Give on health, nutrition and lifestyle advice changes.
