Workshop with Vanessa: Aerial Sequences (EN)

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce you to our upcoming workshop series led by our guest instructor - Vanessa, who brings 14 years of experience to our community. Vanessa is passionate about helping you explore the world of aerial hammock practice, and her mission is to empower you to build confidence while having fun.

In these workshops, you’ll not only learn new aerial techniques but also discover the joy of defying gravity. Vanessa’s warm and encouraging approach will guide you as you take on new challenges, helping you to tackle your strength and capabilities in the hammock. 

On the 1st December, we are inviting you to the 3rd out of 3 workshops with focus on Aerial Sequences: Take your skills to the next level by linking tricks into flowing sequences. This workshop focuses on transitions and choreography, creating a fluid performance in the hammock.
