10H INVERSIONS INTENSIVE (YACEP) WITH VALENTINE

In this intensive weekend training, you will receive Valentine's insights on how to practice & teach inversions, as well as some of her knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics in both theory and practice.

This practice has a focus on intermediate asana, but basically all levels are welcome.

What to expect:

• better understanding of inversions practices (focus on forearmstand and handstand)
• mobility, drills and exercises for better proprioception, alignment and efficiency
• ways to create, find and keep balance
• introduction to different shapes, variations and transitions
• introduction to press drills & compression
• Kriya & Pranayama relevant to the practice of inversions
• Hands-on Assists: how to read and apprehend different bodies, how to touch appropriately
• Asana Lab & Q&A

You will get lots of personal attention and feedback. It is open to teachers as well as dedicated students who have a regular inversion practice. You will get lots of tools for your own practice, and will leave better able to support your students on this insightful journey.
