Did you know that your nervous system is the key to how you experience the world and navigate your life?

Join us for a transformative half-day retreat, where you'll explore how your nervous system influences the way you navigate life and discover powerful tools to help you build resilience and cultivate deeper well-being. Over the course of four hours, with a refreshing break in between, we’ll guide you through practices to help you better understand and support your nervous system.

This retreat is designed to help you:

  • Understand how you navigate life through the lens of your nervous system, and learn techniques to reset and recalibrate when stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty arise.
  • Build resilience through breathwork, unlocking the transformative power of your breath to reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional balance.
  • Connect more deeply with your body’s healing power through embodiment practices, grounding you in the present moment and strengthening your ability to listen to and honor your body’s wisdom.

What to Expect:

  • Energizing Movement Practice – Connect with your body and create openness as we begin our journey.
  • Interactive Workshop on the Nervous System – Discover how your nervous system influences your daily life and learn powerful tools to shift into a state of calm and confidence.
  • Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork – empower us to release frozen emotions, and experience greater healing.
  • Practical Resilience Tools – Walk away with accessible practices to help you stay centered and regulated throughout the year.

What the day looks like:

10am : Arrival and opening circle

10:30 - 11:30: Movement practices to help open the body

11:30-12:00: Nervous system Workshop

12:30 -13:30: Lunch Break

13:30 -14:00: Arrival and digestion

14:30-16:00: Somatic Trauma Breathwork, Integration and and sharing
