FULL MOON CACAO, YOGA & REIKI CEREMONY

This is a unique experience that blends the ceremonial use of cacao with the grounding practice of Yin Yoga and the sacred energy of Reiki. Full Moon is a powerful timeframe for these healing practices for body, soul and spirit.

Join us for heart-opening and introspective mindful practices. Deepen your ability to be fully present, cultivate inner stillness, and explore the sensations within your bodies. 

You will experience a profound sense of relaxation, self-reflection and emotional release. The cacao will heighten your sensory experience and facilitate a deeper connection with yourself, while Yin Yoga provides a grounding and contemplative framework for the exploration of the body-mind connection. If you like to receive healing Reiki energy, it will enhance your overall experience of personal growth. 

In this props-supported class, we create a safe space for you that allows you to feel supported while sharing the experience with others. You will have enough time to slow down, tune in and let go of what no longer serves you, similarly to the transitions for the arrival of the colder months. 

This class is perfectly suitable for beginners and people of all ages and levels of experience.
