SACRED MOTHER CIRCLE

These circles are a safe space where you will be seen and heard. A place where you

can share your experiences, challenges, and wisdom about the beautiful journey

called Motherhood. Mother Circles are incredibly powerful, transformative,

connective, and healing. We will always have a primary topic, but every circle is

unique, and we will see where our hearts lead us.

Every circle includes:

Some form of soft movement/meditation/pranayma/ritual

Talking/Sharing circle

Closing

About the space holder:

Sinah is the mother of two beautiful girls. When she became a mother herself, she

had a very tough time finding herself in this new role. Initially, she felt very alone and

isolated and missed the connection to other women, the village, and sisterhood. But

precisely, these painful experiences brought her on her wonderful healing path.

With an open heart and fully aware of all the beauty and difficulty of motherhood, she

felt a calling to start building support and community through these circles.
