As you settle into your mat, you’ll be guided through a restorative Yoga Nidra session, a journey into deep, meditative rest. Following this, surrender to the healing vibrations of a sound bath, where harmonious tones will wash over you, soothing every cell and bringing you into a state of profound rest. During our sound bath you will be surrendering to the embrace of sound waves, as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, guitar and other healing instruments envelop you in their mesmerizing tones.
