The philosophy aspect will be paired with an asana experience that will focus on an all around mindful (deep and slow:) balanced practice with techniques to bring awareness into some of the seemingly routine movements. Be prepared to work hard and engage with the practice as a reflection of a lifetime and all the spaces in between. How would we experience and live it based on intention, contemplation and dedication born out of awareness? These sessions will highlight the ordinary, simultaneously extraordinary, experience of coming together and falling apart. It will be a challenging practice yet in a reflective manner, urging us to be in this moment, as it is.
