Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath: A walk on beach

Slow down and reset your nervous system after a busy week.

In the yoga nidra, a form of guided meditation, we will take an imaginary walk by the beach. Even though summer’s almost over, we can still dwell in our experiences of time spent by the ocean, inviting the feelings of ease, calmness, and a spark of joy into our practice.

The meditation will be accompanied by the sound vibrations of the alchemy singing bowls. Towards the end, there will be an extended sound bath to deepen your experience of total relaxation.

What to expect:

·     Breathwork

·     Guided yoga nidra meditation (30min)

·     Sound bath with alchemy crystal singing bowls (40min)
