Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath: Forest Bathing

Start your weekend with a treat for your body and mind.

In the yoga nidra, a guided form of meditation, we will be recharging your energy with the sensations of an autumn forest walk, inviting the feelings of calmness, grounding, and tranquility into our practice.

The meditation will be accompanied by the sound vibrations of the alchemy singing bowls. Towards the end, there will be an extended sound bath to deepen your experience of total relaxation.

·     Breathwork

·     Guided yoga nidra meditation (30min)

·     Sound bath with alchemy crystal singing bowls (40min)
