Skilates II- Evening Owl Group B

Our course combines the best of Pilates with targeted exercises specifically designed for skiing and snowboarding. You'll work on building core strength, flexibility, and balance—essential elements for conquering the slopes.

With in total 6 trainings (one class per week of Mat Pilates and one of Reformer Pilates), you’ll progressively develop strength and endurance, ensuring your body is ready to tackle the slopes when the snow arrives. In total you'll get 6 combined trainings, giving you a god baseline for skiing. On top of
